Mrs. Michele Schule, Director of Music and Organist
A native of Bayside, New York, Michele began her professional career as a church musician while still in grade school. She studied at the Brooklyn Conservatory of Music, The New York Liturgical School and the Aaron Copland of School of Music at Queens College. Integral to her training, served as Assistant Organist at St Kevin’s Catholic Church in New York. Before joining the Music Ministry at St. Agnes in 2007, Michele was Organist, Choir and Music Director of St Cecilia’s Church in Stamford and previously served as Music/Choir Director at various churches in all of New York and the Hartford Dioceses.
Michele currently teaches and Chairs the music and theater programs at Trinity Catholic High School and teaches privately in her Stamford Studio. She is happy to be part of the St Agnes family. The goal at St Agnes is to build the Music Ministry by encouraging the involvement of parishoners, sponsoriong concerts, building the Children's Choir, a Contemporary Group and an Adult Choir. The Children's Choir presently participates at the 10:00 Mass during the school year and look forward to building the Music Ministry to another level.
